These crosses in the sky are known as 'chem-trails' and some people believe that special chemicals are used to make these trails in the sky by aircraft. Those who believe in the New World Order and the Illuminati think that these trails have effects on the humans who live or work below them and are deliberate plots form those who want to control the world.
The crosses do look a bit like God proclaiming Jesus to the world, however. They are slightly eerie, even if totally innocent.
